We are seeking a passionate and skilled Hibachi Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, demonstrating expertise in cooking, food handling, and kitchen management. As a Hibachi Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious dishes and entertaining our guests

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus.
• Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards.
• Manage inventory control and food management processes to minimize waste and maintain stock levels.
• Collaborate with team members to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships for inventory needs.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Hibachi Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant or food industry.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food handling procedures, and kitchen management practices.
• Experience in inventory management and control is preferred.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff effectively.
• A passion for culinary arts with a creative approach to menu development is highly desirable.
