Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service in a friendly and efficient manner. Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns or requests.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
• Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest quality of service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Assist with training new staff members as needed.

Skills

• Strong understanding of food safety and food handling practices.
• Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
• Familiarity with culinary terminology and restaurant operations is preferred.
• Cash handling experience with basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance sales opportunities.
• Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a busy environment.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure as part of a team.

Pay: $17.13 - $50.00 per hour
