High-Bay Order Picker & PIT Operator

As a core member of our distribution center serving customers across North America, you’ll ensure orders are accurately picked, moved, and staged for shipment. You’ll work in a fast-moving environment where safety, precision, and teamwork drive everything we do.

A day in the role

• Navigating aisles and racks with Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) such as forklifts, order pickers/cherry pickers, walkie stackers, double walkie riders, tuggers, and pallet jacks.
• Rising to the occasion—literally—by picking and putting away inventory on high-bay racking at heights of roughly 25–40+ feet using proper fall protection and OSHA-aligned practices.
• Supporting inbound and outbound flow: unloading and loading trailers, labeling products, building boxes, and relocating inventory as needed.
• Using RF scanners and touchscreen tools to keep inventory data accurate in real time.
• Keeping your zone clean and compliant with URBN safety protocols, including pre-shift equipment checks.

Shifts

• Sunday–Wednesday, 5:00am–3:30pm
• Wednesday–Saturday, 5:00am–3:30pm

What you’ll bring

• Age 18 or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Background in warehousing, fulfillment, or manufacturing is helpful but not required—training provided.
• Strong teammate with clear communication, initiative, and follow-through.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work overtime, weekends, or longer shifts during peak periods.

Physical aspects of the job

• Comfort working at elevations up to 40+ feet while wearing required PPE (full-body harness and lanyard).
• Frequent standing and walking across a large facility.
• Regular lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching for items up to 50 lbs.
• Climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching around equipment and multi-level racking; steady coordination to operate PIT safely in narrow aisles and at height.
