High Net Worth Tax Manager

We're looking for experienced High Net Worth Tax Managers and Senior Tax Managers to join our growing Private Client Services Tax practice. You'll work directly with HNW and Ultra-HNW individuals, families, and business owners on complex tax matters, with a strong emphasis on tax planning, advisory services, and long-term client relationships.

Location: This is a fully remote position and can be based anywhere in the U.S.

Hybrid options are also available for those who prefer a mix of remote and in-office work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and review complex individual tax returns for HNW individuals and families
• Provide tax planning, research, and advisory services
• Work with trusts, estates, partnerships, S-Corps, and closely held businesses
• Develop and maintain direct relationships with clients
• Collaborate with Partners on complex tax matters and planning strategies
• Review work prepared by Tax Seniors and Staff while providing mentorship and guidance

What We're Looking For

• Active CPA
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong background in HNW individual taxation and complex 1040s
• Experience with tax planning and advisory work
• Exposure to trusts, estates, and related business entities
• Experience managing client relationships and reviewing staff work

Compensation & Opportunities $140K–$180K Base + Bonus , depending on experience and qualifications.

Additional Senior Tax Manager opportunities offering compensation up to $225K+ are also available for experienced HNW & Ultra HNW tax professionals.
