High Reliability & Operational Transformation Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a High Reliability & Operational Transformation Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will partner with clients to strengthen operational performance, reduce risk, and drive meaningful culture change in complex environments. The consultant will assess current-state operations, identify barriers to reliability and execution, and help design practical improvements that support long-term organizational resilience. The work is highly cross-functional and will require strong credibility with client teams, clear communication, and the ability to turn analysis into action.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $165,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Assess operational performance and culture to identify areas for improvement
• Evaluate safety and execution risks across complex operations
• Support transformations into High Reliability Organizations
• Facilitate workshops and site assessments to diagnose issues
• Conduct root-cause analyses to remove performance barriers
• Design and implement Integrated Management Systems for clients
• Translate operational insights into actionable recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in operational excellence or related fields
• Experience in operational improvement and culture transformation
• Background in complex, high-risk environments is crucial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to build credibility with diverse client teams
