  Position Function: The high school bookkeeper provides support to school administration by maintaining accurate records of accounting transactions, ensuring that financial activities comply with district policies and procedures, applying principles of accounting to analyze financial information and preparing reports for school administration and other stakeholders as required.

  Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bookkeeping experience, preferred
  • Health and Inoculation certificate on file in the district office
  • Must pass standardized background check.

  Starting Salary: $20.38/hour - commensurate with experience

  Job Category: Classified, 8 hrs/day (40 hrs/week), 210 workday calendar

  Requirements:

  • All employees must have a current TB test (Tuberculosis). If you've had a recent TB Test (less than 12 months ago) we can accept a copy of your test results. If it's been more than 1 year ago, you will be required to obtain a new test. Employees are responsible for the cost of the test.
