High School Facilities Manager

St Andrews International School Bangkok is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all aspects of campus operations, maintenance, and safety at our Primary School. You will lead a team of housekeeping, technician, and gardening staff, supported by a Facilities Coordinator, and work closely with the security team and external contractors to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on preventive maintenance, compliance, emergency preparedness, team development, and supporting the smooth delivery of both daily operations and school events.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations across classrooms, playgrounds, landscaped areas, and shared spaces
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and manage repair workflows
• Monitor utilities and implement energy-saving initiatives
• Lead and develop housekeeping, technician, gardening teams, and a Facilities Coordinator
• Coordinate with the security team on traffic flow and safety procedures
• Supervise external contractors and ensure compliance, quality, and cost control
• Maintain key documentation including maintenance logs, licenses, and architectural plans
• Support logistics for school events and activities
• Develop SOPs and provide staff training on safety and operations
• Ensure compliance with Thai regulations, safety, and fire codes
• Assist in managing operational and CAPEX budgets

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities operations or management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with Thai safety regulations and MEP systems
• Fluent in both Thai and English
