High Tea Pastry Chef

Within Auckland's iconic Cornwall Park in Epsom exists a vibrant modern Bistro and a fabulous opportunity has arisen for you to develop your chef skills and make your mark.  

The position will suit an experienced Pastry / Dessert Chef ready for a fresh challenge and to take charge and put their own stamp on our High Tea offering. We need to cater to a number of different dietary requirements also.

We are open Tues thru Sunday and are a popular venue for events and private functions. We offer High Tea every day we are open.

We seek someone ready to step-up and be part of a dynamic brand.

• Organise, prepare and plate all High Tea items (sweet & savoury)
• Bake a selection of cakes and loaves when required
• Must have at least 1 years kitchen experience
• Any experience on Larder/Dessert and Cold Entrée sections is an advantage
• Must be hardworking, reliable with good work ethic
• Pastry and baking experience is a must to satisfy our HT clientele
• Must be flexible with days of work

Your ability to work under pressure will be well established.
