• Maintains responsibility for a set of projects developed by Celestica’s Global Design Services organization.
• Provides direction for source selection and ensures proper process implementation.
• Leads the Commodity Management teams to ensure negotiations meet business requirements and growth plans.
• Leads the supply chain management process for customers from materials pricing and

BOM analysis to delivery execution and flexibility performance.

• Quotes and negotiates critical high dollar or strategic commodities or provides the direction to team of commodity managers. Provides leadership in the analysis of costed customer bids or quarterly BOM
• Costing exercises for global customers.
• Works with Global Design team to optimize Design for supply chain performance of Celestica products.
• Provides direction to Commodity Management Teams on contract negotiations.
• Supports quarterly business reviews with customers, and with senior management at key/strategic suppliers.
• Provides leadership and direction with respect to interaction with suppliers. Leads process development and development of commodity strategies. Knowledge/Skills/Competencies -Expert knowledge of the marketplace conditions for a broad range of strategic commodities, industry pricing, technology, supply/demand and emerging trends.
• Excellent understanding of global business environment and Customers business, organization, products and processes.
• Ability to lead complex negotiations effectively.
• Expert knowledge of office systems and analytical tools.
• Expert problem solving skills to deal with Customer/ Supplier issues.
• Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions and with suppliers/ customers to achieve Celestica’s goals Other Demands:
• Electronic EMS / ODM background, better to familiar with enterprise type networking products like server, switch and storage.
• Bachelor Degree or above with 15 years work experience or above in supply chain management. 履行包括但不限于以下各项的职责： 1. 负责由 Celestica 全球设计服务部门（Global Design Services）开发的系列项目。 2. 指导供应商选择工作，并确保相关流程得到妥善执行。 3. 领导大宗物料管理（Commodity Management）团队，确保谈判结果符合业务需求及增长计划。 4. 主导客户供应链管理流程，涵盖从物料定价、BOM（物料清单）分析到交付执行及柔性交付表现的全过程。 5. 负责高价值或战略性物料的报价与谈判，或指导大宗物料经理团队开展相关工作；主导针对客户报价的成本分析，或针对全球客户的季度 BOM 成本核算工作。 6. 与全球设计团队协作，优化 Celestica 产品的设计，以提升供应链绩效。 7. 指导大宗物料管理团队进行合同谈判。 8. 支持与客户及关键/战略供应商高层管理人员进行的季度业务回顾（QBR）。 9. 在供应商互动方面提供领导与指导；主导流程优化及大宗物料策略的制定。 知识/技能/能力要求 - 具备广泛战略性物料的市场状况、行业定价、技术趋势、供需关系及新兴趋势方面的专业知识。 - 深刻理解全球商业环境以及客户的业务、组织架构、产品和流程。 - 具备有效主导复杂谈判的能力。 - 精通办公系统及各类分析工具。 - 具备优秀的问题解决能力，能有效处理客户或供应商相关问题。 - 能够评估、确定各项任务的优先级并解决问题，确保任务按时、准确完成。 - 具备出色的口头及书面沟通能力，能与各类内部及外部客户有效沟通。 - 具备跨职能协作及与供应商/客户有效合作的能力，以实现 Celestica 的目标。 其他要求： 1. 具备电子 EMS/ODM 行业背景；熟悉服务器、交换机、存储设备等企业级网络产品者优先。 2. 本科及以上学历，且拥有 15 年以上供应链管理工作经验。
