Scaling Edge is a sales agency that operates the sales function for established businesses. Our clients generate qualified leads. Our team takes the calls and closes them.

We're hiring closers to handle inbound, pre-booked sales calls. You won't be doing any cold outreach.

Responsibilities:

Run booked sales calls using our scripts and sales process

Update the CRM pipeline after every call and keep every opportunity on a clear next action

Handle follow-up on open deals

Attend daily and weekly training sessions and call reviews during your ramp period

Work toward agreed KPIs on show-up, close rate and cash collected

Requirements:

A track record closing high ticket offers (please include figures)

Comfortable being coached and having calls reviewed

Strong CRM discipline

A reliable setup for video calls
