What the opportunity looks like

This is a commission-based sales position. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary.

Our salespeople earn approximately $3,500 in commission per average sale, and typical monthly salesperson income ranges from approximately $7,500–$11,500, based on sales production.

There are also weekly and monthly performance bonuses for hitting sales goals.

Your income is directly connected to your ability to learn the process, consistently create opportunities and close business.

This is not an easy-money position.

It is an opportunity for someone who already knows how to work hard and wants that effort to finally have a much higher ceiling.

What you’ll actually do

You’ll spend your days in the field generating and managing your own opportunities.

That means knocking doors and prospecting, talking with homeowners and business owners, inspecting roofs, climbing ladders, walking residential and commercial properties, documenting damage and project conditions, following up with customers, learning roofing systems, working alongside the A5 team and ultimately helping customers move their roofing projects from inspection through contract.

Some days you’ll hear NO a lot more than you’ll hear yes.

That’s part of the job.

We aren’t looking for someone who needs constant motivation to keep going.

We’re looking for someone who can follow a process and do the work consistently.

You might be our guy if…

You’ve worked a physically demanding or blue-collar job and aren’t afraid of hard work.

You’re tired of your income being determined by an hourly rate or somebody else’s idea of what your time is worth.
