About Us

We are based in Rochester, Minnesota, and proudly serve customers nationwide. This is a remote opportunity open to applicants anywhere in the United States.

We are growing our sales team and looking for an experienced Sales Representative to own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to close, and to build lasting relationships with the people we serve.

This is a remote sales role. No cold calling, all warm leads, and every lead is inbound. Some are fresh inquiries; some are past leads who showed interest and are worth another conversation. You will be speaking with people already looking for a solution, often frustrated with their current oxygen setup. Your job is to understand their situation, guide them to the right system, and close with confidence.

This is not a churn-and-burn sales floor. It is consultative, mission-driven sales, and our top performers earn well because customers trust them.

What It Takes

• A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Experience managing a full sales cycle, from first contact through after-sale follow-up
• Strong closing skills, active listening, and confidence on the phone
• Discipline to work independently and drive your own pipeline
• Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
• Ability to follow structured call flows and track key performance metrics
