With extreme local water hardness (16–19 grains per gallon), heavy iron and manganese levels, and heightened public concern regarding municipal lead infrastructure and private well safety throughout St. Joseph County and Northern Michigan/Indiana, demand for clean water solutions is at an all-time high.

We are hiring ambitious, precise Sales Representatives and Water Quality Analysts to join our expansion team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct interactive water quality tests (TDS, precipitation, chlorine, and soap tests) and present custom solutions to homeowners and commercial clients.
• Educate clients on EPA tap water guidelines, municipal water reports, and private well contamination.
• Attend assigned appointments and conduct territory canvassing across the Michiana region.
• Recommend whole-home and kitchen filtration solutions from our specialized product line (Ozone Essential, Plus, DuoPro, HERO, HeroPro, and RO systems).
• Assist customers with digital credit applications and approval documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Language: Fluent in English (primary market demographic). Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.

Sales Experience: Experience in field sales, direct sales, or door-to-door is preferred, but driven applicants will be trained.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating sales apps (Regrid, Circuit) on mobile devices.

Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with strong communication and closing abilities.
