High Volume Server

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that customers receive top-notch hospitality throughout their visit. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system.
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Assist with food preparation and handling as needed to maintain service efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by bussing tables regularly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help colleagues when necessary.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
