Highway Design Engineer

We are seeking a Highway Design Engineer to support the design and development of road and infrastructure projects in Doha. The role involves highway geometric design, preparation of technical documentation and coordination with other engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop horizontal and vertical road alignments.

· Prepare road profiles, cross-sections and typical sections.

· Design junctions, roundabouts and access roads.

· Undertake highway geometric design calculations.

· Prepare highway drawings and technical reports.

· Coordinate road design with drainage, utilities, traffic and geotechnical teams.

· Review survey and topographical information.

· Prepare and review Civil 3D models and drawings.

· Respond to design review comments.

· Assist with client and authority submissions.

· Support tender and detailed design documentation.

· Coordinate with CAD and BIM teams.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

· Minimum 5 years of highway design experience.

· Experience with roads and infrastructure projects.

· Strong AutoCAD/Civil 3D skills.

· Good understanding of highway geometric design.

· Engineering consultancy experience preferred.

· Qatar/GCC experience is an advantage.

· Good English communication skills.
