Duties

• Supervise daily activities on the highway construction site, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations.
• Monitor safety protocols rigorously, enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Update, and track project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Manage on-site personnel, providing guidance, supervision, and performance feedback to maintain high standards of work.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality control measures are upheld and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of work progress, safety incidents, equipment usage, and resource allocation.

Skills

• Proven management experience in highway or large-scale civil construction projects.
• Supervising experience with a strong ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to highway construction sites.

• CSCS card
