What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责：
- 按标准执行HIL 操作台架，执行全部Case（含常规功能测试、故障注入）
- 实时记录测试数据：CAN总线报文（.blf）、 ECU信号波形、DTC（故障码）、视频/照片证据
- 对比预期结果，出具逐条 Pass/Fail 判定，对 Fail 项进行初步根因分析
- 提交故障报告（Bug List），按严重等级（Blocker/Critical/Major/Minor）分类
- 追踪缺陷修复进度，完成软件回归测试
- 编写并提交《最终测试总结报告》，包含测试结论、未关闭风险项及建议 任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，汽车工程、电气工程、机械工程、电子信息工程相关专业
- 3年及以上电控HIL测试工作经验；有整车厂或一级供应商工作背景者优先
- 熟练使用Dspace HIL 工具链
- 熟练使用ECU-Test进行自动化测试
- 良好的书面与口头表达能力
- 能在多部门协作环境下高效工作
- 能主动推进问题解决
