HIMARS FA Officer

Are you looking to make a difference in security cooperation? Sincerus is looking for an experienced professional and a highly skilled subject matter expert to join our Training Team in support of partner nations' HIMARS systems in country training, technical support and advice. The Primary Instructor / Site Lead will be responsible for the management and execution of contract requirements and must be able to direct trainers and effectively interface with the client.

Job Description

• Serves as primary in-country point of contact, lead instructor, and supervisor for Training Team.
• Acts as liaison between all stakeholders.
• Responsible for the instruction of specific lesson(s) of the Program.
• Assures that students obtain proficiency in each module of instruction before they proceed to the next area of instruction.
• Responsible for the design, development, administration, and grading of all written and practical examinations.
• Responsible for assuring that course goals and objectives are met IAW the PWS.
• Provides instructors and students with counsel, mentoring, and assessment of their academic performance as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance
• 5+ years of experience in managing programs, training, and oversight for projects of a similar size and scope.
• Previously completed a successful HIMARS Battery experience , with additional operational experience in the field environment.
• Experience as one or more of the following: HIMARS Tactical Control Officer or Tactical Control Assistant ; HIMARS Tactical Director or Tactical Director Assistant; HIMARS Battery Trainer; and / or BN Standardizations .
• Served as an-HIMARS Instructor Trainer on the employment, operation, and maintenance of the HIMARS system.
