HIMS Software Support Manager

We are looking for an experienced HIMS Software Support Manager to lead the software support team, manage client relationships, and ensure timely resolution of technical and functional issues related to our Hospital Information Management System (HIMS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the HIMS software support team.
• Manage client support requests, tickets, escalations, and SLA compliance.
• Ensure timely resolution of software issues, bugs, and operational challenges.
• Coordinate with Development, Product, and Implementation teams.
• Monitor support team performance, ticket backlogs, and resolution timelines.
• Provide functional guidance and troubleshooting support across HIMS modules.
• Manage client communications, follow-ups, and issue escalations.
• Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and user training.
• Prepare periodic support performance reports for management.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to software functionality and support processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software support, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience with HIMS/HIS, healthcare software, or ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, team management, and client-handling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
