Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and provide accurate information.
• Understand customer requirements and resolve queries professionally.
• Handle complaints and provide timely solutions.
• Explain products, services, offers, and processes clearly.
• Follow up with existing and interested customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Generate leads through customer interactions.
• Convert interested customers into sales.
• Maintain customer details and interaction records.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams when required.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet assigned performance and incentive goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent Hindi communication skills.
• Confident and professional communication.
• Good customer-handling and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
