Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance in Hindi.
• Explain software features and guide customers in using our products.
• Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and product-related issues.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with the technical team to resolve issues that require additional support.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and reported issues.
• Ensure professional communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Good communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Patience and a customer-oriented approach.
• Freshers interested in building a career in customer support are welcome to apply.
