About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Telesales & Telecollection Executives who are fluent in Hindi and English. The role involves interacting with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, promoting suitable financial products/services, and supporting timely payment collections.

Key Responsibilities

Telesales

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant financial products/services.
• Convert leads into successful sales while achieving daily and monthly targets.
• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate call and customer records in the system.

Telecollection

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending/overdue payments.
• Remind customers about payment due dates and outstanding amounts.
• Understand customer concerns and assist with suitable payment solutions.
• Follow up on promised payment dates and ensure timely collections.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Maintain proper call records and update customer information.

Candidate Requirements

• Hindi and English communication is mandatory.
• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, telecollection, BPO, BFSI, or customer service will be preferred.
