Experience: Fresher to 5 years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Job Description:
We are hiring a Hindi Telecaller to join our team in Adambakkam. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, and communicating clearly and professionally with Hindi-speaking clients/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound calls to customers and clients
• Explain products/services clearly in Hindi
• Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and resolve concerns
• Maintain call records and update data accurately
• Achieve daily/monthly call and conversion targets
• Coordinate with the team for lead follow-ups

Requirements:

• Fluency in Hindi (mandatory); knowledge of English/Tamil is a plus
• Freshers welcome; up to 5 years of telecalling/BPO experience accepted
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Male/Female candidates can apply

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month (based on experience)
