We are looking for a Part Time Administration Assistant to join our Yatala****head office. This is a perfect role for a working parent as the hours are school friendly 9.30am - 2.30pm

A great opportunity for those that want to enter the hire industry and experience a fast-paced and exciting culture. With constant movement of our fleet and dealing with customers, service and transport, there are no two jobs that are the same!

You'll play a key role supporting daily operations in a fast-paced, high-performing team.

What you'll do:

• Provide admin support across hire, sales and service
• Process orders, invoices and customer queries
• Deliver professional service to both internal and external stakeholders

All short listed applicants will be required to complete skills testing for speed and accuracy with their typing prior to being booked to interview.

What we're looking for:

• Great communication and organisational skills
• Administration experience is essential
• Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
