Job Summary

You will support administrative operations in the West area by managing communications, data entry, invoice preparation, office inventory, and document handling to ensure smooth office workflow.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to emails and telephone inquiries to support effective communication

Perform accurate data entry and update the database system to maintain current records

Prepare and monitor invoices to ensure timely billing and payment tracking

Manage office supplies by maintaining inventory levels and ordering as needed

Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms to facilitate internal and external communication

Assist in preparing regular service reports to support operational monitoring

Execute administrative duties including filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning to maintain organized records

Complete ad hoc office tasks as assigned to support daily office functions
