Muthoot Finance is hiring Admin Executives.
Role : Admin Executive
Location : Kolkata
Criteria : Regular Graduates from Recognized University (Excluding open/distance/B.Tech/LLB)
Male Candidates only
Age below 30 yrs
Salary range -17k-22k + incentives
Experience - 0-5 years in Banking/Finance Sector. Ready to join immediately
Two wheeler is mandatory. Local candidates preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring proper security in all our branches
- Timely renewals of Shop & Establishment Licenses across the region
- New Branch Opening / shifting of branches under the Region
- Conduct branch visits to find out the issues and its rectifications
- Renewal of all the Leases before 6 months of its expiry
- Maintain 100% uptime for security equipment
- Ensure timely closure of administrative irregularities raised .
- Verification / approval of utility bills like telephone, electricity, water, Internet, ILL and TA /DA (over and above the branch delegation power)
