We are hiring Freshers & Experienced Candidates for a Blended Customer Service Process, with a major focus on Chat & Customer Support.

Job Title

Customer Service Executive Blended Process

Eligibility

• Freshers can apply
• Candidates with up to 1 year of Customer Service experience
• Undergraduate Freshers can also apply
• Candidates with Chat / Email / Voice Customer Support experience are preferred
• Excellent written and verbal English communication is mandatory
• Candidates must be fluent and confident in English

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries primarily through Chat/Voice
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns
• Manage multiple chat conversations while maintaining quality
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Communicate professionally through written English
• Handle Email/Voice interactions as part of the blended process when required
• Maintain excellent customer experience and follow process guidelines

Salary

Freshers: Up to 4.5 LPA
Experienced: Up to 6 LPA

Work Schedule

• 5 Days Working
• 2 Week Offs
• Transport Facility Provided
