Hiring Automation Test Engineer

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in API Automation and Web Automation. The ideal candidate should have solid programming skills and hands-on experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks for scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for API and Web applications
• Perform API testing and automation using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or similar
• Develop and execute UI automation test scripts using modern tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.)
• Validate end-to-end business workflows across UI and backend systems
• Identify, log, and track defects and ensure timely resolution
• Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in API Automation & API Testing
• Strong experience in Web Automation (UI testing)
• Good programming skills in Java / Python / JavaScript (any one preferred)
• Experience with automation tools like Selenium / Playwright / Cypress / Rest Assured
• Good understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, and request/response validation
• Familiarity with framework design (POM, BDD, Hybrid frameworks)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies

Good to Have

• Experience with performance or security testing basics
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Knowledge of database testing (SQL)
• Experience working in a product/startup environment
