Hiring : Banking Blended Process - Process Associate : Gurgaon

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to banking products, accounts and transactions through voice and non-voice channels.
• Manage customer interactions professionally and provide accurate resolutions within defined timelines.
• Verify customer information and follow prescribed authentication and security procedures.
• Assist customers with transaction-related queries, account information and service requests.
• Identify and escalate complex or suspicious transactions/issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow banking process guidelines, SOPs, quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Achieve defined productivity, quality, customer satisfaction and turnaround-time targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and customer requests.
• Ensure data confidentiality and adhere to information-security guidelines.
• Maintain professional communication with international customers.
• Be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including roster-based weekly offs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Minimum 1 year of International Customer Care / International Voice / BPO experience preferred.
• Candidates from international voice, banking, financial services, BPO or customer-service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good English communication and comprehension.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rostered weekly offs.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and process-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work from the Gurugram/GGN location.
