Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets and growth in the assigned cluster.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase bancassurance sales, cross-selling life insurance products through bank channels.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, relationship managers, and other relevant parties.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Ensure effective communication among team members, clients, and internal teams to drive collaboration and achieve desired outcomes.
