Hiring Customer Support Advisors

A Delhi-based company is hiring customer care advisor for a voice process.

Only graduates with a minimum of 1 year of similar exp. and with excellent communication skills can apply,

salary upto 5.5 LPA + incentives,

shift timing - 9.00 am to 12.00 am (any 9 hours shift),

no cab, age upto - 32 years,

5.5 days a week working.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products/services to customers, addressing their needs and preferences.
• Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling relevant products/services based on customer feedback.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
