📍 Location: Alabang / Hybrid 3x onsite/week
🕘 Schedule: Dayshift
💼 Experience: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns and calendars
• Manage Instagram and Facebook platforms across Southeast Asia & Korea
• Create, schedule, and publish social media content
• Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics
• Manage email campaigns through Mailchimp
• Prepare monthly digital performance reports and insights
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
• Coordinate with internal, regional, and global stakeholders
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Mailchimp
• Experience managing paid social media campaigns
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Experience in sports, lifestyle, fashion, or retail brands is an advantage
