Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through Voice/Chat as per process requirements.
• Assist customers with orders, payments, deliveries, cancellations, refunds, and related concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information.
• Follow process guidelines and maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.

Eligibility

• 1-5 years of experience in Customer Support/BPO/E-commerce preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Versant score: 56.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and from office.
• Immediate joiners preferred .
