About the Role: Manage and optimize enterprise email security platforms (Proofpoint, Abnormal AI). Lead investigations, incident response, and automation initiatives to strengthen organizational resilience against advanced email threats.
Key Skills Needed:
- Proofpoint Email Protection
- Abnormal AI
- Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online
- Email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- PowerShell / Python / API automation
- Stakeholder management & communication
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure Proofpoint and Abnormal AI platforms
- Lead response for phishing, BEC, spoofing, and account takeover incidents
- Implement and optimize email security policies and authentication standards
- Collaborate with SOC, IAM, and Infrastructure teams to improve security posture
- Drive automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Mentor junior engineers and support compliance activities
Education Qualification: BE or any equivalent degree
Shift Timings: 24 x 7 Rotational shifts
