What You'll Do

• Process end-to-end payroll using SAP Payroll.
• Perform accurate Gross-to-Net payroll calculations.
• Handle off-cycle payroll, claims, retroactive payments, and adjustments.
• Manage payroll posting and reconciliation activities.
• Perform detailed data validation, auditing, and quality checks.
• Generate payroll and tax-related reports.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable GCC Labour Laws.
• Work closely with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Maintain the highest standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in Payroll Processing
Hands-on experience in SAP Payroll
Strong understanding of Payroll Calculations & Validation
Advanced MS Excel skills formulas, dashboards & data models
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and documentation skills
Knowledge of GCC Labour Laws is an added advantage
