Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Apprenticeship Trainees to gain hands-on industrial experience in a manufacturing environment. The trainees will work closely with experienced professionals, learn operational processes, and support day-to-day departmental activities while developing technical and professional competencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of the assigned department.
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Support production, maintenance, quality, utility, control & instrumenation, electrical activities as required.
• Maintain records, logs, and documentation related to ongoing activities.
• Participate in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards.
• Complete assigned training modules and assessments.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Tech (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and C&I

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior internship or industrial training exposure will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

• Basic technical knowledge related to the respective discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
