Job Description

We are looking for experienced Data Scientists to join our team and work on large-scale AI, Machine Learning, and advanced analytics projects for enterprise clients. The role involves developing data-driven solutions, building predictive models, applying statistical techniques, and leveraging modern AI/ML technologies to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Data Science models for real-world business problems.
• Perform data exploration, data cleaning, feature engineering, and statistical analysis.
• Build and optimize predictive, classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation models.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets and identify meaningful business insights.
• Develop and implement end-to-end ML pipelines from data preparation to model deployment.
• Apply Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and/or PyTorch for data science solutions.
• Work with large datasets using Spark/PySpark and cloud-based data platforms.
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and continuously improve model accuracy and scalability.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, LLM, and Agentic AI initiatives where applicable.
• Deploy models using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and follow MLOps best practices.
• Communicate technical findings and model outcomes effectively to technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5–20 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics.

• Strong programming experience in Python.

• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and statistical modelling.

• Hands-on experience with:

• Pandas

• NumPy

• Scikit-learn

• TensorFlow / PyTorch

• SQL

• PySpark / Apache Spark

• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model validation, and optimization.

• Experience working with large-scale datasets and data visualization tools.

• Knowledge of ML lifecycle and model deployment.

• Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure / GCP.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education

We are looking for professionals who can independently handle end-to-end Data Science projects, from understanding business requirements and data analysis through model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
