Hiring For Desktop Support Engineer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 support for end-user devices, resolving hardware, software, and OS issues.
• Manage Active Directory accounts, access, and security policies.
• Support O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) and ensure smooth collaboration.
• Handle incident via ITSM while maintaining SLA compliance.
• Ensure endpoint security, system updates, and efficient asset management.

• Good Knowledge of Windows OS & Microsoft Office
