Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Golang and ReactJS/NextJs to design, develop, deploy, and support scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience along with the ability to work with global clients and cross-functional teams.

The role requires a technically strong professional who can independently own development and deployment activities, collaborate with stakeholders across different regions, and contribute to solution design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Golang.
• Develop responsive and high-performing user interfaces using ReactJS/NextJs.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Golang.
• Implement cloud-native solutions with focus on scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support for deployed applications.
• Participate in application architecture, technical design, code reviews, and development standards.
• Collaborate with globally distributed engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
• Interact directly with global clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical updates, and resolve issues.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide effort/technical estimates.
• Take ownership of deliverables throughout the complete SDLC, from development through deployment and production support.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.

Mandatory Skills

• 8 to 13 years of overall software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Golang/Go.
• Strong experience with ReactJS/NextJS and modern frontend development.
• Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with global/international clients and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Azure Functions, App Services, AKS, Azure Storage, Azure SQL/Cosmos DB.
• Kafka or other messaging/event-driven technologies.
• PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.
• Git, GitHub/GitLab/Azure Repos.
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or ARM/Bicep.
• Monitoring and logging using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or similar tools.
• Experience with security, authentication, OAuth2/JWT, and API gateways.
• Experience in performance optimization and production troubleshooting.
