Job description: We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented International Chat Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in an International Chat Process, possess excellent written communication skills, and be comfortable handling customer queries through chat in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries promptly through live chat.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with efficiency.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers are Eligible
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Typing speed of 30 WPM or above with good accuracy.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on multiple applications.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.

Shift Requirements

• Must be flexible to work Night Shifts and Graveyard Shifts.
• Willing to work on Weekends and Rotational Shifts, if required.

Transportation

• Two-way cab facility will be provided for employees residing within the hiring radius, as per company policy.
