• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats in a professional and courteous manner.
• Resolve issues promptly and efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in an International BPO environment (US/UK).
• Strong communication skills for handling international voice processes (US/UK).
• Ability to work on multiple processes such as US Voice Process, UK Process, Customer Care, Solving Queries, Customer Handling etc.
