CNC Maintenance Electrical/Mechanical:

1. To attend service and maintenance calls on Heavy CNC machinery like Mazak,Makino, AMS, BFW, Doosan, Aeirex, MAG, Feeler,

2. To attend service and maintenance calls on CNC machinery like milling, drilling, lathe,

3. To attend service and maintenance calls on SPM machine like EMT spm, Heller, Nagel-Honing, Gundrill-SPM, Washing Machine

4. Conducting regular preventative maintenance on all CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.

5. Identifying and resolving system failures by troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical problems.

6. Overseeing installation of new CNC machines and providing relevant training to the machine operators.

7. Maintaining service logs and reports on all maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs.

8. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas.

9. Work with engineering teams to improve reliability and performance of systems.

10.Able to read Hydraluic and pnumatic circuits, Machine assembly drawings, etc.
