Progress applications for core business processes.
Understand and enforce organisational
Progress coding standards and best practices for on-premise systems.
Lead code reviews and ensure code quality.
Mentor and guide junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve critical back office system and configuration issues
globally.
Optimise Progress OpenEdge database performance and Progress code.
Enforce documentation standards as set out in organisational SOPs.
Oversee remediation of security issues.
Experience with Progress OpenEdge database and related tools.
