Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate support.
• Regularly follow up with clients to ensure a positive experience.
• Address client queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.

Business Development & Revenue Generation

• Increase business from the existing client base.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial products and services.
• Reactivate inactive/dormant clients and increase their engagement.
• Generate additional revenue through client portfolio development.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue/business targets.

Client Engagement

• Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, meetings, and other approved channels.
• Keep clients informed about relevant products, services, and market-related updates as permitted by company policies.
• Build long-term relationships and improve client retention.
• Gather client feedback and communicate recurring concerns to management.
