We are hiring Technical Support Associates for an international voice process. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot customer issues while delivering exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US/UK customers
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot customer concerns
• Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues effectively
• Deliver professional and customer-focused support
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution

Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Experience in Technical Support / International Voice Process is preferred
• Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible
• Excellent spoken English communication skills are mandatory
• Comfortable working in night shifts
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer and technical knowledge required
• Flexible with rotational week offs
