Roles & Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.

Monitor network alerts and respond within SLA timelines.

Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, hardware, and software issues.

Process maintenance requests and coordinate dispatches.

Update customers on open incidents and ensure timely resolution.

Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/Tier 3 support teams.

Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
