Job Responsibilities

• Manage the complete IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source, screen, assess, and shortlist technical candidates across multiple technology domains.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Track and manage recruitment metrics while ensuring timely closures of open positions.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Strong expertise in sourcing and hiring technical talent across diverse skill sets.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Must be willing to work from the Chennai office for all 5 working days.
• Candidates with a stable career history are preferred.
• No frequent job changes (job hopping).
• No educational gaps.
• Available to join within 15 days or less.
