Job Summary:

Hiring for International Process Associates for the US Healthcare process. The role involves handling queries and resolving issues for doctors and hospitals related to medical billing and insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle queries related to US medical billing and insurance processes
• Resolve issues raised by healthcare providers (doctors/hospitals)
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in documentation
• Ensure timely resolution and effective communication

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any grad. or undergrad. with 1 year of international medical billing experience can apply
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years
• Must be available for immediate joining

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
• Good interpersonal and analytical abilities
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Good typing speed

Work Details:

• Shift timings - 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
• Working Days: 5 days
• Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
• One-time meal provided
• Salary - Rs.25000 inhand.
