Hiring For Vibration Simulation Engineer / NVH Analyst, Hosur

We are looking for a skilled Vibration Simulation Engineer / NVH Analyst to join the Automotive R&D team of our client. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), structural dynamics and automotive vibration simulation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform modal, harmonic and random vibration analysis using FEA.
• Conduct automotive NVH simulations and full-vehicle vibration analysis.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend design modifications to improve vehicle performance.
• Carry out digital benchmarking, target setting and simulation report preparation.
• Perform test-versus-simulation correlation and support design iterations.
• Analyze simulation results and provide engineering recommendations to meet NVH targets.
• Collaborate with design, testing and cross-functional R&D teams.

Mandatory Skills:

• Automotive NVH / Vibration Simulation.
• Hands-on experience in modal and dynamic analysis.
• Knowledge of harmonic and random vibration analysis.
• Experience with Altair HyperMesh, OptiStruct, HyperView, HyperGraph, Nastran and/or Simcenter 3D.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.

Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in NVH Analysis / CAE Simulation.

Industry: Automotive / Vehicle Engineering / R&D
