Hiring Full time Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Full-Time Manager to lead our retail team with enthusiasm and strategic vision. Duties

• Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to ensure high levels of motivation and productivity
• Manage daily store operations, including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, inventory control, and merchandising standards
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies accordingly to meet targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and customer service standards

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience and restaurant related fields with strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
• Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, training & development, and team management
• Experience with cash handling procedures and cashiering operations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to conduct interviews confidently; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with customers and team members alike
